A strong spring / summer range from Kolor, who debuted in Japan during 2005. I like the vibrant mix of colors and materials, and overall sense of ease to the collection - available now from Browns.

Select looks from the spring collection of Swedish footwear company Rokin. Made in Portugal, the line includes clean, simple takes on the chukka boot, brogue, oxford and boat shoe. With a nice selection of colors / materials and competitive (sub $300) pricepoints, this brand is worth keeping an eye on.

Marchercher launched their footwear line in 2004. Best known for their boots, the sleek, rugged designs are based on vintage styles and made in Asakusa, Tokyo using traditional shoe making techniques - from ¥29,400 - ¥37,800 at Zozo.

Outside Europe and Asia, agnès b. has been one of the more overlooked men’s labels, perhaps overshadowed by the rise to prominence of compatriates A.P.C.

However, with the latter’s prices creeping upwards and quality (arguably) diminishing, it’s a good time to re-evaluate this distinctive, made in France label.
